Anya Blakeley draws from more than 20 years of practical and experiential learning in psychology, meditation, expressive arts, and energy therapies.

She has a Masters Degree in Psychology from Summit University of Louisiana where she did her thesis on Expressive Art Therapy and Chemical Dependency. Anya studied with some of the most renowned teachers in her chosen fields including the Person Centered Approach and Expressive Art Therapy (Natalie Rogers, Ph.D.), The Pathwork and Core Energetics (John Pierrakos, M.D.) and Emotional Freedom Techniques founder Gary Craig.

Anya lived and studied at the Phoenicia Pathwork Spiritual and Retreat Center for a year before moving to Mexico in 1998. This is where she was first introduced to the Human Energy Field. Her continued interest led her to Thailand in 2001 where she studied Nuad Borarn (The Art of Thai Massage). Upon returning to Mexico, Anya learned about Energy Medicine and Energy Psychotherapy. Soon after, she enrolled in a workshop with Gary Craig, founder of Emotional Freedom Technique. Anya has been incorporating Energy Balancing and Emotional Freedom Techniques into her work ever since. She has found the benefits of body/mind balancing to have tremendous benefits, so much so, that her mission is to train/empower as many people as possible.

As a practitioner, Anya is limited to the number of people she can work with. Fortunately, her strength lies in teaching, thus making it possible to affect change on a larger scale. Her background in Expressive Art Therapy, working in the addictions field, and living out of country gives her a well rounded and creative approach to working with diverse groups of people and have fun doing it! Anya's desire is that people of all walks if life will come to know the power of the mind and the body's ability to self correct so they can teach and empower the children and future generations.
